Read lessThe goal of this class is to strengthen and lengthen your entire body. It will include exercises in both contemporary and classical style Pilates, with a deep emphasis on core strength. The core is your body’s center, and strengthening it will help correct improper alignments, improve posture, and release excess tension throughout the body. This class will create a mind-body connection to better understand your instrument (body). You will leave this class feeling stronger, challenged, and proud of what you can truly do!
